Andrew Goings founded his custom homebuilding and renovation company with a vision to transform his lifelong passion for craftsmanship and construction into a business that builds homes better and restores spaces. Armed with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of building science, he has spent years honing his skills in craftsmanship, project management, and construction details. He focuses on the intricacies of custom builds, from the foundation to the final trim, and his meticulous attention to detail became his trademark.

Andrew graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Construction Management. After spending a few of his early years in commercial construction, Andrew found a passion for the custom residential side of the industry. Andrew is a certified passive house builder through Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) and serves as the PHIUS Southeast Representative. Andrew enjoys sharing his knowledge with the next generation of builders by guest speaking at his former alma mater and local high schools. When he's not on a job site, Andrew can be found woodworking, training for his next triathlon, or saying "yes" to just about any sport someone suggests. He enjoys spending time with his wife and new baby girl, who has already proven she’s better at setting the schedule than any builder.
