Cyrus Mojdehi is the Founder and CEO of Northway Homes, one of the Southeast's fastest-growing private homebuilders and part of Northway Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating company. Through Northway Homes, Cyrus has led the acquisition, development, and construction of attainable and move-up housing across the Southeast while expanding the company's land development and homebuilding platform into new markets.

In addition to Northway Homes, Northway Group includes Wickenden Partners, a construction lending platform that finances residential developers, as well as multifamily and commercial real estate investment businesses. This integrated platform provides unique market intelligence across land acquisition, financing, development, and homebuilding, enabling the company to execute through all phases of the real estate cycle.

Prior to founding Northway Group, Cyrus was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a $6 billion real estate private equity firm based in New York City, where he originated and executed construction loans for residential developers across major U.S. markets. Before Madison Realty Capital, he managed a national single-family residential portfolio for Alliance Real Estate, overseeing acquisitions, development, leasing, and operations.

Cyrus holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree from Brown University, where he was a starting member of the varsity water polo team.
