Cyrus Mojdehi, President of Northway Homes, is primarily responsible for overseeing land acquisition and development activities. Prior to Co-Founding Northway Homes and Wickenden Partners, Cyrus was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a $6 billion AUM real estate private equity fund based in New York City. While at Madison Realty Capital, he was responsible for the origination and execution of construction loans to developers in gateway markets across the US. Prior to Madison Realty Capital, Cyrus managed a multi-million-dollar residential portfolio for Alliance Real Estate, where he was responsible for building the operations to acquire, develop, rent, and manage single-family homes across the US. Cyrus is a graduate of both Columbia Business School and Brown University, where he was a starting member of the Varsity Water Polo Team.
