Drew Ondrey is a Graduate Master Builder and residential construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is a founding partner of Southern Green Builders and serves as the builder-in-charge of building products and processes while also driving other strategic management activities.

Drew's expertise lies in the areas of building science, process improvement, and leading construction products and practices. He has spearheaded many collaborative partnerships with leading manufacturers to implement innovative building products in the areas of indoor air quality (IAQ) and advanced construction materials surrounding a building’s structure and envelope. Drew’s collaborative approach to the builder-manufacturer relationship has been featured on several podcasts and continues to blend the latest products with practical implementation strategies.

Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders, and the Greater Houston Builders Association.

When he's not building homes and driving change in construction, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for outdoor activities, including boating and fishing.
