H Jared Levi – better known as ‘H’ among his colleagues and subcontractors – serves as Director of Development at Northway Homes. H joined Northway co-founders Danny Hirschberg and Cyrus Mojdehi as their first full-time hire in September 2021 and has since built and sold more than 750 homes across the Greater Charlotte MSA, with another 350 units slated for delivery in 2026. In his role, H oversees all construction operations at Northway – coordinating field teams, trade partners, and production schedules to deliver quality homes efficiently and at scale. Prior to Northway, H worked on Newmark’s Capital Markets team and Madison Realty Capital’s investment team. He is a graduate of Lehigh University.
