Hector Castro is an accomplished entrepreneur and private lending executive with over 12 years of experience and more than $1.9 billion in loan originations. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of HERA Lending, where he leads a seasoned team recognized for driving over $1.9 billion in funded loans at Equity Lending Solutions (ELS), the firm he co-founded in 2019.

Throughout his career, Hector has built a strong reputation for strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership in private lending. Prior to launching HERA Lending, he held senior roles at B&B Capital Group and Yellowstone International Group, where he was instrumental in expanding sales performance, optimizing client relationships, and managing multimillion-dollar loan portfolios.

A graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, Hector continues to leverage his expertise to advance innovation and integrity in the private lending industry.
