Profile

Jack Pagliarini is a Dallas-based real estate finance professional with five years of experience spanning institutional lending, commercial real estate investments, and capital markets. He currently serves as Vice President of Originations at Archwest Capital, an institutional debt fund focused on originating loans for real estate developers and investors, where he leads efforts to provide direct construction financing solutions to residential developers and builders nationwide, in addition to development of new loan products.

Prior to joining Archwest, Jack spent over four years as Director of Texas at I Fund Cities, where he built the firm’s Texas lending operation from the ground up — growing it from inception into a substantial regional book of business through hands-on originations, business development, account management, and strategic partnerships. In this time, Jack financed over $300M in residential construction projects, consisting of over 500 loans originated on more than 700 properties. His work at i Fund Cities solidified his reputation as a relationship-driven lender with an established network in the Texas real estate market.

In addition to his lending career, Jack is Co-Founder of Foster Street Capital, a Dallas-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring and operating industrial value-add opportunities throughout Texas, primarily in the DFW Metroplex. This entrepreneurial pursuit reflects his conviction in the fundamentals of Texas real estate and his ability to identify and execute on compelling investment opportunities from both a debt and equity perspective.

Earlier in his career, Jack served as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at Protiviti, where he developed a strong foundation in financial compliance and due diligence — disciplines that continue to inform his approach to underwriting and risk assessment.

Jack holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University, where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team and served on the Executive Board of the David G Kabiller NU for Life Program.
