Jeffrey Dinkle is the founder and owner of Eco Custom Homes, an Atlanta-based firm specializing in high-performance, net-zero, and luxury residential construction. Since 2006, his company has delivered homes built approximately nine years ahead of current code cycles, emphasizing airtightness, durability, and precision. Jeffrey earned a B.S. in Sociology and Economics from Emory University, where his analytical training shaped the problem-solving mindset he brings to building science today. He served for six years on the national board of the Passive House Alliance U.S. (PHAUS) and is recognized as a leader in advancing Passive House and passive solar design principles in the Southeast. His projects, ranging from $500,000 to $4 million, showcase cutting-edge building science integrated with timeless craftsmanship. Beyond Atlanta, he is expanding into coastal South Carolina and Georgia under the Eco Coastal Homes brand. With nearly two decades of experience, Jeffrey brings a builder’s perspective rooted in performance, innovation, and a commitment to creating homes that last for generations.
