Miller is the Director of Acquisitions at Material Capital Partners where he leads efforts to source, underwrite, and secure new build-for-rent (BFR) real estate opportunities. Prior to his current role, Miller was Head of Acquisitions & Growth at Beyond Homes, a single family rental (SFR) investment firm, focused on value-add strategies in the Southeast. Miller holds a MS from Columbia University in Real Estate Development and a BA from Wake Forest University in Economics.
