Randall “Randy” McMichael co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC, in 2006. He is the firm’s managing partner and heads the firm’s builder and resale divisions. Randy represents developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokers with their real estate and legal needs.

From 2014 to the present, Randy has helped McMichael & Gray expand from three offices in Georgia to more than 20 in Georgia, as well as locations in North and South Carolina, Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida.

In addition to being honored as the 2019 OBIE Awards Attorney of the Year, he has earned a spot on the Bulldog Top 100 three times, been recognized as an Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter for 10 consecutive years, and secured Best of Gwinnett titles in three different categories for a decade straight.

In 1999, Randy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2003.

Outside of the legal profession, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing tennis, fishing, and participating in outdoor activities.
