Sherwin Loudermilk is the Founder and President of Loudermilk Homes, one of the leading custom luxury design and build firms in Georgia and North Carolina, with prices ranging from $3-15M+. He founded Loudermilk Homes in 2009 after previous career chapters as a commercial developer and as an executive at IBM. Sherwin brings an ownership mentality, engineering process mindset, and financial acumen to every project. The company’s mantra is “Build It Like It’s Yours.”
Twice recognized as a finalist for national Custom Home Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders, Sherwin has also won numerous OBIE Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, where he also serves as President of the Inner Atlanta Chapter. In addition to serving on the Board of Advisors for the Georgia Tech College of Design and School of Building Construction, he is an official Mentor for the MBA program at Georgia State University.
Sherwin earned an MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor degree in Business with a focus on Computer Information Systems and Management from Georgia State University. He and his wife Roane live in Buckhead with their energetic Bernese Mountain Dog, Bernie, and they have an adult daughter named Mina who is a graduate of Emory University and an entrepreneur who owns her own business.
