Steve has spent more than 19 years in residential and commercial real estate and previously led a Design/Build contracting firm specializing in both renovation and new construction projects.

Through Ekocentric, he works closely with industry professionals to implement Green Building programs such as LEED, ENERGY STAR, the Florida Green Building Coalition, and the National Green Building Standard.
