As Chief Financial Officer of Traton Homes, Tim is responsible for financial reporting, underwriting of acquisition opportunities, preparation of strategic multi-year forecasts for the Company. Previously, Tim served as the Vice President of Finance for Green Brick Partners (NYSE: GRBK). Prior to Green Brick, Tim worked in private equity, as a Division Controller for PulteGroup and in real estate investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
