Xia Zhu is a co-founder of Skycrest Development and a licensed professional engineer with 23 years of experience across land development, construction, and civil infrastructure. She leads due diligence, feasibility assessment, and underwriting on land acquisitions and sources funding for purchase, development, and construction, working closely with investors and lenders to maximize returns.

Through Skycrest she leads residential and mixed-use projects including Cherokee Overlook (272 lots delivered to DR Horton by phase), Skyview Estates (206-acre master plan, 572 lots), Skyranch (131-acre master plan, 489 lots), and the Talons of Eagle Point 80 townhomes. She is also general partner across several investment entities holding single- and multi-family portfolios
