Adam Clayton Powell is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Wolfson BTR, with responsibility for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and asset managing transactions.

Previously, Adam worked at ESJ Capital Partners in an acquisitions role, where he executed investments in office, medical office, and education infrastructure. Prior to joining ESJ, Adam worked at Blue Sky Real Estate, where he specialized in structured transactions with institutional health systems and universities.

Adam received a BA in Political Science from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
