Adam Marlin is CEO of Stoneledge Partners LLC, with more than 25 years of experience in real estate, finance, and journalism.
During a three-year period, ending in 2024, he purchased more than 65 properties in eastern PA. He also transformed a single-use commercial building into a fully occupied 5-tenant retail mall. Adam leveraged his previous business experience to create and lead a property management and construction company that can efficiently scale to multiples of its current size, with proprietary screening and collecting capabilities. Adam’s real estate investment career started by purchasing condos in Washington, DC in 1998.
