Brent Abrahm is President and CEO of Accruit, an Inspira Financial Solution, one of the country’s largest 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediaries (QI) offering the industry’s only patented technology solution, Exchange Manager Pro^SM. Brent specializes in operationalizing 1031 exchange programs for the disposition and acquisition of properties across the US for institutional players. Since inception, Brent and Accruit have worked with institutional investors to operationalize like-kind efficient tax deferrals strategies making 1031s a rule - not an exception.

Brent has been involved with the industry’s premier QI association, the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) for over 20 years. Brent has worked tirelessly over the years, lobbying for 1031 exchanges as various administrations proposed to curtail this code section. To this day Brent remains very active in the trade association and in part because of efforts like his, the industry is thriving, and Americans are able to leverage what is one of the Country’s most effective tax planning tool, which stimulates the economy and creates generational wealth.
