I have been in the investment business for 36 years. I have had a successful career with NYSE firms as well as smaller boutique firms that I have been a founder and principle in. I am the co-founder of Kinloch Partners and Kinloch Homes. Kinloch Partners & Kinloch Homes are a real estate investment company and single family home builder headquartered in Nashville.

Kinloch Partners has been featured on the NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt and in news articles in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, New York Times,Tennessean, Nashville Business Journal, Atlanta Business Journal and Atlanta Journal Constitution. Kinloch has also been featured in stories by the Nashville affiliates of CBS, Fox and ABC News.

We have built in nine subdivisions in the Greater Atlanta MSA, five in the Nashville MSA and one in Augusta and Columbia. Kinloch currently own assets in the Nashville, Atlanta, Augusta, Aiken, Greenville/ Spartanburg & Columbia MSA’s

I am a national speaker and guest lecturer on the topic of single family “Build to Rent” housing. I started my BTR business in 2005. My firms assets have been acquired 19 times by private equity funds and publicly traded REITS looking to make inroads in the Atlanta, Greenville/Spartanburg, Augusta/Aiken, Columbia & Nashville MSA’s. We build houses for our own portfolio as well as sell our houses to institutional investors and our tenants.

Nashville, Tennessee is where we build and own BTR/SFR subdivisions as well as own and develop multifamily residential housing with partners. My partners and I have completed our latest project, Solo East, a 121 unit condominium community in East Nashville which is located in front of a 162 unit complex we formally owned called The Park At Five Points. I have recently announced my next condo project, Solo North which will also be in Nashville. I have also renovated and owned apartment complexes in the 12th South, Jefferson Street and Charlotte Avenue sections of Nashville and complexes in Lebanon, Murfreesboro and Columbia, Tennessee as well as Forest Park, Georgia.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am honored to have served as a past member of the Florida State University National Alumni Board of Directors and a current Board of Trustees member of the Florida State University Foundation, Florida State University Presidents Club & Seminole 100. I was humbled to be recognized with the Florida State University Grads Made Good Award in 2021.

I am also a member of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, National Rental Home Council and Urban Land Institute (ULI)
