As a Veteran and faith-rooted founder, I have learned that true leadership isn't just about compliance; it is about connection. Whether I am developing housing models or speaking to executives, my mission remains the same: to restore dignity to the systems we live and work in.

I define my work through a distinct philosophy: "Holistic Health is the Software for your Real Estate."

I operate as the founder of three interconnected ventures, with a primary focus on asset development:

1. REAL ESTATE & SOCIAL IMPACT (Primary Focus) As Founder of Heyoka Fire Corp, I am challenging the standard "Housing First" model by introducing "Healing Housing."

The Mission: We acquire physical assets and transform them into "Sanctuaries" using our proprietary Triangle of Restoration framework (integrating Environmental Somatics, Acoustics, and Spatial Psychology).

The Goal: To create housing that actively regulates the nervous system, reducing tenant turnover and restoring structural integrity to the human spirit.

2. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP As a Keynote Speaker, I help organizations transform their culture through Trauma-Informed Leadership. My signature talk, "Where Are You From?", bridges the gap between policy and the human experience.

3. CREATIVITY As Creative Director of Mirror Point LLC, I run a creative studio and publishing house dedicated to storytelling that heals.
