As Partner, Chase plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing the firm’s investment strategy with a primary responsibility on sourcing new development / investment opportunities throughout Texas.

Chase has over nine years of experience in institutional real estate including Brokerage, Asset Management, and Development. He has worked on over 2.4MM SF of real estate transactions and assisted in the acquisition of over $240MM worth of land in the DFW metroplex. Additionally, he monitored the development process and assisted in the disposition for multiple purpose built SFR communities throughout the South and Southwest.

Chase is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he still is an active advisory member of the McCombs Real Estate Finance Council.
