Chris Branchetti serves as the Vice President of BCHH, where he streamlines company operations encompassing Production, Compliance, Title Underwriting, National Operations, Out-of-State Office Locations, Human Resources, Technology, and Business Development.

BCHH operates directly providing real estate title and closing services across all fifty states. Chris is a licensed national title insurance producer in twenty-nine states and possesses extensive experience in Fiscal Accountability, Talent Management, Strategic Planning, Operations Oversight, Vendor Management, and Offshoring.

His client portfolio includes national lenders that facilitate a comprehensive range of loan types for both purchase and refinance transactions, asset management companies managing properties in default, and institutional investors and private equity firms with expanding investment portfolios for leveraging and securitizing real property assets. Additionally, he partners with private lenders for business purpose lending on Fix/Flip, Bridge Loans, Fix-and-Flip, Rental Portfolios, as well as Multifamily and Commercial transactions.

Over the past three years, Chris has successfully led the organization in closing over 56,000 properties and insuring more than $16 billion in liability, and the completion of a successful acquisition with Stewart Title in December 2022.
