- Mr. Willard is the Senior Vice President, overseeing all acquisitions and dispositions activity at AMH. AMH is a leading single-family rental housing REIT, which operates over 60,000 homes across 40+ markets
- Prior to joining AMH, Mr. Willard was the General Manager of Roofstock’s Portfolio Marketplace. While at Roofstock, Mr. Willard has advised on over $5.5 billion in SFR & BTR portfolio sales containing more than 30,000 properties.
- Prior to Roofstock, he has held roles at Waypoint Homes, Starwood Waypoint and Colony Starwood, where he was responsible for overseeing the acquisition and asset management of 7,000+ homes across California.
- He received his B.S. from The University of Arizona.
