Mr. Willard is the Senior Vice President, overseeing all acquisitions and dispositions activity at AMH. AMH is a leading single-family rental housing REIT, which operates over 60,000 homes across 40+ markets

Prior to joining AMH, Mr. Willard was the General Manager of Roofstock’s Portfolio Marketplace. While at Roofstock, Mr. Willard has advised on over $5.5 billion in SFR & BTR portfolio sales containing more than 30,000 properties.

Prior to Roofstock, he has held roles at Waypoint Homes, Starwood Waypoint and Colony Starwood, where he was responsible for overseeing the acquisition and asset management of 7,000+ homes across California.

He received his B.S. from The University of Arizona.
