Colleen Hart serves as the Senior Vice President and REI Program Manager at SES, bringing over 15 years of experience in the property insurance industry. Before joining SES, Colleen held the role of Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Assurant, where she was instrumental in driving growth and developing key business strategies.

Colleen's career is uniquely rooted in both the housing and insurance sectors. Prior to her transition into insurance, she spent 12 years in the housing industry, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. This blend of expertise allows her to lead SES’s Real Estate Investment (REI) program with a holistic approach, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to investors and clients alike.
