Francesca's first company, HOM, was acquired by Alfred in 2021, where she worked on creating the feeling of HOME in over half a million units across the US and Canada as VP of Experience. She is the former head of North America for the world's largest tech startup network: Techmeetups.com, Theater Manager for off-broadway performing arts center, MMAC and title character in Julianne Moore's musical, Freckleface.

Francesca, a native Canadian, was offered a position on Feed The Children's "Board of Problem Solvers" when she was 11 years old. She moved to New York at age 16 to attend an arts conservatory. She is a graduate of the socially conscious Round Square program founded by the Royal Family and represented Canada in multiple international problem solving and computer sciences competitions including DI and Seeds.

Recognized for her work as a founder and thought leader, she was nominated for Top Founder at MIPIM and is two years’ running listed as CRETech’s top female influencers.
