Haley's breadth of experience in the single-family rental asset class ranges from sourcing/relationship management to debt placement to disposition and tax structuring. She has advised on over $4.5bn of SFR and BTR portfolio sales and has managed land/lot banking deals, SFR portfolio transactions and BTR portfolio sales. She is a former collegiate athlete and received a triple major from Malone University including B.A. degrees in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.
