As the SVP of Data Science & Research at American Homes for Rent (NYSE: AMH), Hardik serves in a leading role towards determining the company’s market selection and investment priorities, pricing strategy, and predictive analytics on operating metrics.

Prior to AMH, Hardik lead the projections and deal mechanics for several multi-billion dollar mergers and IPOs in his role as Lead Analyst covering Residential REITs on wall street. In this role, he also served as an investment advisor to some of the largest financial sponsors and public-market institutional investors. He earned his Bachelors in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

In his spare time, he likes to advise PropTech companies and participate as a conference keynote speaker and panelist, covering topics ranging from the role of data Science in real estate, executive management strategies, and capital allocation through the course of a cycle. As a life-long learner, he welcomes book recommendations and conversations about the latest book or research finding that is changing established thinking.
