As a Business Development Manager at iVueit, I create organic new business opportunities with prospects in the SFR and Facility Management industries. I work daily with C-Level staff and Directors in order to communicate the value we can provide as a service partner and that our product will help them create operation efficiencies and meet their business goals.

• Serve as point of contact for C-Level or Directors, addressing any high level concerns or feedback that they may have
• Proactively strategize and problem solve in order to ensure we continue to meet client SLA by working with Operations Team, Technology Team, and Leadership
• Develop strategies with the goal of decreasing turnaround time compared to their current process
• Work with Operators to identify revenue growth opportunities
• Prepare and conduct Discovery Calls, Product Demos and Kickoff Calls
• Share client feedback and implementation plan gathered from business reviews with Leadership
• Handle any escalated client complaints that cannot be solved by Operators
• Successfully manage client hand-off between myself and operations through effective and clearly communicated on-boarding process
• Develop and implement success plans for each account to ensure that we are providing a product and service that contributes to the success of their business
• Visit existing accounts to maintain relationship and ensure that key stakeholders are happy with the service and product that iVueit provides
