Louis Amaya has worked in US residential mortgage trading and debt capital markets for 25 years. He specializes in sourcing, pricing, and managing rate and credit real estate related assets. Over his career, Louis has negotiated and executed over $1 billion of unpaid principal balance. Investors have included the private equity, hedge funds and family offices globally.

Prior to PEMCO, Louis was a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at National Asset Direct. Over this time, he was instrumental in helping to grow the company to 300+ employees and built iServe into an industry recognized name in the servicing, asset management and mortgage banking space.

Louis and the PEMCO platform deliver outsized risk adjusted returns for institutional investors and now accredited individual investors through its Reg D funds.
