Michael Nunziata is the President of 13th Floor Homes, a leading regional homebuilder and community developer based in Southeast Florida. 13th Floor specializes in developing quality single-family communities in land-constrained growth markets throughout the Southeast US, with a focus on Florida. The company participates in the full cycle of development, from initial planning and approvals through development, construction, and sales/leasing. Since inception, 13th Floor Homes has successfully delivered communities with several thousand new homes. Mr. Nunziata has 18 years of direct experience in the real estate investment and development industry. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
