Mike Tamulevich is the COO of Marketplace Homes, a nationwide brokerage and property management company specializing in new construction and single-family rentals. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Mike has played a pivotal role in shaping Marketplace Homes into one of the most innovative platforms in the industry. Under his leadership, the company has expanded operations to over 35 states, grown to manage 7,000+ homes, and facilitated more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. In 2021, he was named a Crain’s Detroit Notable Real Estate Executive. Mike led the development of Marketplace’s proprietary buyer and investor portals and helped launch large-scale partnerships with institutional investors, resulting in the acquisition of over 2,000 homes. He lives in Rochester, MI with his wife and their three children.
