Roberto has been involved in every aspect of SFR industry since 2011. From acquisitions and asset management of nearly 4K homes (~$1B) of SFR with 643 Capital Management, to leading the internalization of operations within Streetlane Homes, to productizing a fractional interest SFR offering, and now leading strategic initiatives within Roofstock, Roberto has an unparalleled wealth of knowledge and experience.

In his current role, Roberto creates and evaluates strategic initiatives within Roofstock and with outside partners to scale revenue and grow enterprise value. Most recently, Roberto facilitated and managed the VIP (Vetted institutional Property) program sourcing inventory directly to the largest institutional buyers in the space as well as the Short Term Rental marketplace. .

Upon joining Roofstock, Roberto directed the beta-launch of Roofstock One, the first-of-its-kind, fractional-interest SFR security offering. In this capacity, Roberto worked closely with the executive team, marketing, product, and outside legal counsel to bring the series-DTS structure to market. Additionally, he directly managed the relationship with Lennar International to sell new construction inventory to international and domestic investors.
