Scott King is a real estate entrepreneur and property management executive with more than two decades of leadership experience. After spending 11 years managing restaurant operations, he transitioned full-time into investment real estate. He helped scale portfolios from 1,500 to 3,500 homes, served as Director of Operations for HavenBrook Homes, and later led multi-state operations for over 10,000 homes at Progress Residential. He has participated in two of the largest SFR acquisitions to date and now serves as GP and Asset Manager for two real estate funds. He is also the Founder and CEO of Collaborate Real Estate Group, a full-service property management company he launched in 2025 serving Tennessee and Florida.
