Ted Farry is owner and broker of Conatus Real Estate, a California real estate brokerage focused on aligning buyers with single family rental investment properties nationwide.
Ted worked with True Family Enterprises for nearly 5 years as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and head of operations in the real estate company - True Investments. Ted led the True Investments SFR Rental acquisitions team in the purchase of over 1,000 higher yielding properties in core markets throughout the United States. Adding to 13 years of business development, strategy, real estate and analytics experience across a myriad of functions, Ted implemented central True Family Enterprises philosophies of relentless strategic thought interchange among team followed by on the ground and in the weeds interaction with the market to open 11 new markets during 2014.
Throughout his career, Ted has worked with Fortune 500 firms, various investment companies and driven entrepreneurial efforts. Ted earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from Linfield College, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine with an emphasis in finance. Ted holds a California State Real Estate Broker’s License BRE #01904984.
