A 20-year residential rental investor/manager, Tyson founded Auben Realty in 2008 in Augusta, GA. Auben experienced rapid growth and transformation, with a particular focus on integrating its various departments (sales, project and property management) to provide a holistic investment platform.

In 2012, Tyson and Auben's expertise eventually attracted the attention of Conrex, an early SFR aggregator, leading to a successful partnership and an offer to spearhead Conrex's expansion of their nationwide renovation and property management operations.

After a period of external consulting, Tyson returned to Auben in 2018, reinvigorating the company with a new leadership team and an ambitious vision for national expansion.
Auben's success continues to grow, with the company recently expanding into multiple states and markets including Kansas City and Dallas, TX .

Tyson spends most of his time working with Auben's parent company, Auben Capital Partners, building out an Asset Management team to offer long-term investment strategies for passive investors to grow generational wealth.
