Zak has over six years of experience in real estate investment analysis throughout Florida and the southeastern United States. He is responsible for the preparation of a wide range of custom consulting reports, including project feasibility, highest and best use analysis, portfolio valuation, M&A analysis, and market assessments/rankings. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and ULI Young Leaders Southeast Florida.
