Adam Kanneman

Adam is responsible for property and asset management for ILE.

Adam has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to ILE, Adam had extensive hands-on experience in portfolio and asset management for well reputed companies including Harwood International and Billingsley Company, and seven years as the Director of Operations with a privately held firm in Dallas, Texas.

Adam has provided oversight for projects and investments totaling more than $750 million and led multiple contractual negotiations with Fortune 200 companies.

Over the past 20 years, Adam has had the opportunity to give back to the community and has participated with local and regional media for charitable endeavors. He is involved with several local charities, including assisting with reading, writing, and math tutoring at a local Title 1 school.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
