Drew Napurano is an accomplished real estate and property management executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale organizations and driving transformative growth. As Chief Operating Officer of HomeRiver Group, he oversees the performance of more than 20,000 single-family units nationwide as well as leading teams across property management, leasing, renewals, resident services, and corporate operations.

Under Drew’s leadership, HomeRiver Group has achieved significant expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, while advancing operational excellence through technology integration, process innovation, and data-driven decision-making. His leadership has been instrumental in elevating efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening the company’s presence in diverse markets.

A dynamic senior executive, Drew has a proven track record of building high-performance teams, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering profitable growth in both Fortune 500 companies and startups as well as managing P&Ls of up to $850M. He blends strategic vision with operational discipline, market insight with analytical rigor, and financial expertise with execution excellence across both B2B and B2C environments.

Before joining HomeRiver Group, Drew served as Chief Financial Officer of the franchise division at Anywhere Real Estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
