Brian got his start in property management in 2016, at RentWerx in San Antonio, where he was hired as the company’s first Business Development Manager just a year after earning his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University–San Antonio. Over the next three years, he was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing, grew a business development team, and helped RentWerx add over 1,100 new doors.

In 2019, Brian partnered with RentWerx founder Brad Larsen to launch BizDev Mastermind, a national consulting and training company focused on helping property management business owners and BDMs replicate the growth strategies that worked so well at RentWerx.

Since then, Brian and his team have helped Property Management companies achieve some incredible results (seen here) and are passionate about helping their clients exceed their goals consistently.
