Bryan Jenkins is a highly accomplished and respected leader in the property management industry, currently serving as President of Genstone Management. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Bryan brings a wealth of experience in residential property management, business development, and strategic growth.
A recognized expert in his field, Bryan holds the prestigious Master Property Manager (MPM) certification (2017) and the Residential Management Professional (RMP) certification (2014) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is also a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certified by the National Association of Realtors (2010), demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of diverse real estate landscapes. Bryan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Alabama (2007) and Georgia (2017).
Bryan's extensive career includes 21 years as the Principal/Broker of AHI Properties, where he was instrumental in its expansion across Alabama (Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile) and Oklahoma City. Under his leadership, AHI Properties' managed portfolio grew to over 1,400 single-family homes, multi-family properties, and HOAs, including a significant percentage (17-19%) of Section 8 homes.
Following the successful sale of AHI Properties to PURE Property Management in 2021, Bryan continued to contribute his expertise as Regional Director for Alabama and Oklahoma (2021-2022) and later as Director of Institutional Relations (2022-2024) on their Institutional Management Team. Most recently, he served as the Director of Business Development for Lineage (2024-2025).
A committed advocate for the property management profession, Bryan has held numerous leadership positions within NARPM, including President of the Atlanta Chapter (2017), Chair of the National Member Services Committee (2018-2019), and National Southeast Region Vice President (2020-2021). He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events such as NARPM and IMN, sharing his insights and expertise.
Beyond his professional achievements, Bryan is a proud veteran, having honorably served in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army.
