Isaac W. Kyle is a transformational leader. Currently CEO and Founder of REALTY LOGIX, a vertically integrated owneroperator focused on Build-To-Rent (BTR) and property technology for residential management.

Previously, Isaac co-founded GOAL Property Services, LLC (GOAL) and served as its CEO. During his tenure, he developed the strategic business plan for the start-up, growing the organization to manage around 5,000 single-family rentals (SFR) in 14 markets, with approximately $1 billion in assets under management (AUM). We successfully completed an exit to Bridge Investments Group in January 2022.

Before joining GOAL, Isaac worked for American Homes 4 Rent (AMH), one of the largest SFR companies in the United States. He led efforts to internalize property management before their initial public offering (IPO) and later became the Director of the Southwest Region, managing operations of over 5,000+ SFR. Isaac also served as an independent consultant for AMH, assisting in refining and growing operations nationwide. He then became the Vice President of Leasing for Gorelick Brothers Capital, focusing on property management before cofounding GOAL.

Isaac's career began in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at Fort Benning, Georgia, specializing in logistics as an Airborne Ranger. He also served as a Recruiting Station Commander in Chicago, Illinois, managing operations and recruiters while assisting recruits in their decision to join the military. Isaac received the Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding achievements during his military career.

Isaac has decades of experience in real estate, specializing in residential management, brokerage, and development.

Shaped by his personal, professional, and military experiences, Isaac understands that management is about the process, leadership is about people, and vision is the link that brings people together as a team to produce results.

Isaac has a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, he currently lives in Texas.
