Kelli Segretto is the Founder of K Segretto Consulting, where she helps property management companies strengthen operations and future-proof with technology. With twenty-five years of experience across multifamily, single-family, LIHTC, and development projects, she has led initiatives that standardize management, streamline maintenance, and drive profitability.

Kelli specializes in PropTech selection and implementation, developing tech stacks, and creating automations and integrations that scale output. She has worked with national franchisors and independent operators alike, guiding teams through technology adoption, change management, and strategic planning. Kelli holds a Utah Real Estate License, a General Contractor License, and the IREM Certified Property Manager designation. She also serves on the NARPM Utah Board and the NARPM Women’s Council.
