Noel serves as Managing Director of Strategy & Growth at Genstone Financial and Property Services, part of the Fay Financial group, where he leads the strategic vision and execution for the national single-family rental property services platform, encompassing acquisitions, property management, real estate brokerage, construction, insurance, lending, title, and maintenance. With a proven track record in scaling real estate platforms, Noel previously held the role of Chief Real Estate Officer at Evernest, and Senior Vice President at Renters Warehouse, driving market expansion and institutional services across the country. Over a 17-year career in commercial real estate, Noel helped grow Century 21 Affiliated into the world’s largest C21 franchise and has sourced and acquired thousands of SFR homes for institutional investors. Based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Noel is also an avid alpine ski racer and rugby player, embracing the outdoor lifestyle with his family.
