Hi! I'm Ashley Guy - The Femme Investor. I started real estate investing in 2020 with the goal of one property per child to begin our journey to generational wealth. I'm a mom to 6 incredible humans while owning 10 STRs, managing an additional 25 properties, owning a STR cleaning company and serving investors on the Alabama Gulf Coast as a Realtor. I have a passion for working with first time investors and expanding portfolios with seasoned investors. I've put my money in nearly every facet of STR investing and I'm excited to share that knowledge with like-minded badasses!
