Jon's career in tech and media companies included five changes of control, including a NASDAQ IPO as CEO. In the Short Term Rental Industry, Jon has been a board member for three different STR companies, each having their own successful merger or sale. He is now a co-owner and President of Great Dwellings And Great Villas, Mx, and has been a host with his own properties for over 20 years. Great Dwellings and Great Villas’ full-service business has grown tenfold in the past few years. They offer full and remote property management services to homeowners and investors/developers.
