My wife and I are avid real estate investors and serial house hackers. We bought our first property with the intent to use the guest house as a short term rental listed on Airbnb. After crazy and surprising success in 2018, we saved, moved, acquired, and rented as fast as we could over that last 6 years.
After honing our craft, refining our systems, and being consistently ranked in the top 3% of Colorado Springs for both annual revenue and guest experience, we created Renjoy - a premium short term rental property management company and brokerage. Alongside Luke and Jacob, we seek to provide investors with higher returns, immaculate properties, and a truly hands-off experience while opening up homes to amazing travelers looking for incredible hospitality.
Prior to entrepreneurship, I worked at Kinder Morgan in the Oil & Gas Industry. I worked as an intern, operations coordinator, and project manager for nearly 8 years before throwing in the towel and going full time with our side hustle.
I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Professional & Technical Writing and Presentation.
