He is the co-owner of WISHSTR, a leading short-term rental management company that oversees a portfolio of approximately 100 Airbnb properties. Alongside his business partner, Noah Laker, Shawn manages a team of six staff members who coordinate guest services, cleaning, and maintenance operations to deliver a top-tier hospitality experience.

In addition to WISH STR, Shawn is also a co-owner of Hardin Realty, a fast-growing real estate brokerage with over 20 agents. Hardin Realty specializes in investment properties, with a strong focus on multifamily assets and strategic tools such as 1031 exchanges to help investors maximize tax benefits.

Shawn leads the technology and automation initiatives across both companies, designing systems that streamline operations, enhance client service, and fuel scalable growth.
