But in a world where guests book through agents, discovery becomes a search problem across the open web. The real moat becomes trust: knowing the stay will be reliable. We believe that trust will come from software-run operations. By first becoming the system that runs property managers, Trellis can guarantee service quality across thousands of homes, and eventually become the network guests and agents trust to book from directly.
