Grant Vernon is a globally respected facilitator and innovation strategist with over two decades of experience helping leaders, consultants and innovation teams design better workshops, make clearer decisions and move ideas into action. He has trained more than 10,000 professionals across 39 countries, working with organisations including Google, Microsoft, HP, Vodafone, HSBC, PwC, BT and General Motors.

As Co-Founder of Innovation Network, Grant specialises in sprint-based facilitation, innovation strategy and practical workshop design. He helps organisations replace slow, unfocused meetings with structured, outcome-driven sessions that create alignment, unlock collaboration and deliver measurable business value.

Grant is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL, LSE and Kingston, where he teaches innovation, facilitation and corporate entrepreneurship.
