Austin leads a variety of R&D Business Development transactions at GSK, where he structures and negotiates agreements across discovery and development. His deal experience includes in-licensing from China-based biopharma, in addition to a broad range of partnerships with biotechs and institutions worldwide. Austin’s career began as a bench scientist developing biopharmaceutical processes before moving into business development, where he has held roles spanning Search & Evaluation, Due Diligence and Transactions.
