Eric is Co-Chair of the firm’s Public Company Advisory Practice. For more than 25 years, he has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, activism defense and shareholder engagement, corporate governance, and various corporate and commercial transactions.

Eric advises boards and management teams across the life sciences, digital assets, artificial intelligence, and energy and infrastructure sectors throughout every stage of the corporate lifecycle. His experience includes venture and growth financings, IPOs, direct listings, PIPEs, ATMs, convertible offerings, royalty transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SPACs, business combinations, reverse mergers, corporate governance, securities law compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
