Felix LitzkowHead of Macmillan Ventures at Macmillan Cancer SupportSpeaker
Profile
Felix spent 15 years scaling impact-led startups across the globe. His career began with a brief consultancy role at the Grameen Creative Lab based in Germany, founded by Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus, which led him to India as the first employee of No Nasties, an impact-led e-commerce venture. There, Felix helped scale sales across three continents. In 2015, Felix moved to London to join Crisis, the national homelessness charity, where he was a founding member of the Enterprise and Innovation Directorate. After managing a portfolio of internal social enterprises, he pivoted to launch the Venture Studio from Crisis. Leading a team of investment professionals, Felix oversaw the charity’s first equity investments and helped create a joint venture aligned to the charity's strategy. Felix joined Macmillan in 2023 to build the charity's investment function from the ground up. He's since successfully led the charity through a first pilot phase, deploying £3.5M, and has now built a £30M impact-led oncology-focused fund.
